Inspiration Board #4: Mellow Yellow

Is your wedding in need to some color brightness? When I was doing research on colors for my wedding, it seemed like a lot of brides shunned away from choosing yellow as one of their wedding colors. I'm not sure what the phobia is, but to me, yellow elements can definitely add a hint of warmth to your wedding color palette. And as we've seen in this weeks real wedding feature, it really is a great color choice. So if you're not sure if you're ready to take the yellow plunge, take a peak at some inspiration below, before choosing to discard the color.

Beauty & Fitness: Honey Oatmeal Mask

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of cooked oatmeal
1/4 cup of honey
1/8 cup of water

To prepare, simply mix all the ingredients into a paste.

What it does:
The mask works for all skin types and not only helps to soften skin, but it can also help with acne by clearing excess oil and clearing pores. It’s simple, yet quite effective. Best of all, you probably already have the ingredients you'll need in your cupboard.

Around the Web: Wedding Save the Dates

Are you searching for a save the date idea? I saw this stop motion photography save the date almost a year ago and it is still my overall favorite wedding idea I've found on the web. It was made by Terryn and Jon Button. It's super cute and truly shows their adventurous personality as a couple. If you have the time, why not opt for a similar, and very much handmade, save the date?
