Joe and I photographed an awesome wedding this past weekend (photos to come). It reminded me why I love weddings so much. Michelle and John are an amazing couple, and throughout their big day there were stoked to tie the knot. To anyone that has gotten married recently, congratulations! Marriage is an amazing and wonderful thing.

Some of my kitchen photography is being featured on their site at the moment, and it made me think that they might be a great place to register to. I ran across Cypress Albums yesterday and fell in love with the company that creates handmade wedding albums that are awesome. Joe and I have a lot of great photographs from our big day, but we still haven't put them together in an album. I think it's something a lot of couples put off doing, but I'm really considering getting one made from Cypress Albums now that I've discovered them! I love wedding companies that have great stories behind them, and I really think that the story behind Cypress Album is what makes it so special. You can view their story in the video to the right. One of my favorite tools while planning my wedding was using Gift Registry 360, which allows you to pull any item available for sale on the web and add it to your wedding registry. It was great having the liberty to add items from places like Etsy.com or Anthropologie, places that don't normally have gift registries.
